FIBC bags, also referred to as bulk or jumbo bags, serve as large industrial containers utilized for storing and transporting dry bulk materials like sand, fertilizer, grains, and chemicals. These bags are categorized into four types (U-Panel, Baffle, Conductive and Dissipative), each tailored to handle specific materials and featuring distinct safety standards.
With capacities ranging from 500 kg to 2000 kg, FIBC bags vary based on their size and type.
Primarily composed of flexible, robust, and UV-resistant woven polypropylene or polyethylene materials, FIBC bags may come in coated or non-coated forms, with fabric options including laminated or non-laminated variations.
Designed for lifting by forklifts, cranes, or hoists, FIBC bags can be filled and emptied using gravity or mechanical means. Closure options include spouts, duffel tops, or skirts, suitable for multi-trip usage.
